Return Policy

The Following Parts are Not Returnable:

  • Wheels
  • Steering Wheels
  • Electronics
  • Decals and Graphics
  • Filters
  • Paint
  • Made to Order Custom Floor Mats.
  • Tools

Return Part Regulations:

  1. Any part returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
  2. Parts returned without original packaging will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense.
  3. We recommend saving all factory packaging.
  4. Any part missing screws, washers, or other hardware items will not be accepted for return. We cannot sell items missing parts.
  5. Any part that has been installed cannot be accepted for return. All parts must be in new, resealable condition. Any item that has been attached, bolted on, connected or plugged in, in any way is considered installed and is not returnable.
  6. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee at the discretion of Partscheap.com. Parts with damaged packaging or pieces will be presented with a 20% restocking fee.
  7. Packaging must be in good condition with legible part numbers.
  8. Do not seal boxes with duct tape, electrical tape, or anything other than standard packaging tape.
  9. Avoid writing address information on the box, use our supplied return label.
  10. Any order from outside the United States and Canada will not be accepted for return.

To Return an Item:

Contact Partscheap.com with 30 days of the date of invoice, either by E-Mail at service@partscheap.com or Phone at (530) 230-5404 with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason/s for return. 

We will reply to discuss the return in a timely manner.

Return Notes:

  • Genuine Ford Accessories are covered for 24 months. Honda Accessories are covered for 12 months.
  • Parts under warranty can be taken to any dealer in the US with a copy of our dealership invoice.
  • Warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse or abuse.
  • Partscheap.com is not responsible for return shipping costs on warranty items - a new replacement part will be sent at no cost to the customer once the return has been received.
  • Do not use duct tape on boxes. Packaging tape only please.
