Q. Can I return/exchange a part?

  • Yes. Contact Partscheap.com with 30 days of the date of invoice, either by E-Mail at service@partscheap.com or Phone at (530) 230-5404 with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason/s for return. We will reply to discuss the return in a timely manner.
  • Packaging must be in good condition with legible part numbers.
  • Do not seal boxes with duct tape, electrical tape, or anything other than standard packaging tape.
  • Avoid writing address information on the box, use our supplied return label.
  • Any order from outside the United States and Canada will not be accepted for return.

Q. What if you sent me the wrong part?

  • We will provide a shipping label for the return. Once the part is returned we will contact you regarding and exchange or refund.

Q. What if I ordered the wrong part?

  • If a VIN is provided at the time of the order we will contact you regarding any fitment issues. If the part is ordered without a VIN or the part ordered is not the one you need, you will be required to pay for the return shipping.

Q. How long do I have to return or exchange a part?

  • Please contact us within 30 days of the package delivery.
  • If parts are damaged or, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Q. Are there certain parts I can’t return?

The Following Parts are Not Returnable:

  • Wheels
  • Steering Wheels
  • Electronics
  • Decals and Graphics
  • Filters
  • Paint
  • Made to Order Custom parts.
  • Tools

Q. Do I have to pay any restocking fees?

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee at the discretion of Partscheap.com. Parts with damaged packaging or pieces will be presented with a 20% restocking fee.

Q. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • Yes, this includes customer returns and defective parts.

Q. How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days.

Q. What if the part is defective or damaged?

  • Contact us by phone and we will work to get you a replacement.

Q. What if my return never arrives? Do I still get a refund?

  • No. If a return package is lost you will need to file a missing package claim with the shipping carrier.

Q. What if someone else purchased the part for me and I want to return or exchange it?

  • You can’t return a part you didn’t buy for a refund or exchange (only the original purchaser can).

Q. What if I need to make a warranty claim and return a part?

  • If parts are defective, please notify us within 15 days of receipt to inquire about a parts warranty refund.

Cancellation Policy

An order may be cancelled or modified up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.

If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a return fee of 20% may apply.

  1. Any part returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
  2. Parts returned without original packaging will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense.
  3. We recommend saving all factory packaging.
  4. Any part missing screws, washers, or other hardware items will not be accepted for return. We cannot sell items missing parts.
  5. Any part that has been installed cannot be accepted for return. All parts must be in new, resealable condition. Any item that has been attached, bolted on, connected or plugged in, in any way is considered installed and is not returnable.

Return Notes:

  • Genuine Ford Accessories are covered for 24 months. Honda Accessories are covered for 12 months.
  • Parts under warranty can be taken to any dealer in the US with a copy of our dealership invoice.
  • Warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse or abuse.
  • Partscheap.com is not responsible for return shipping costs on warranty items - a new replacement part will be sent at no cost to the customer once the return has been received.
  • Do not use duct tape on boxes. Packaging tape only please.
