Q. How much is shipping?

  • It depends on: what you order, where you live, and, how fast you want it.
  • Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Check out page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices.We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
  • Shipping prices are calculated by the shopping cart and may be subject to change. Don't worry, we will contact you prior to making any changes to your order.

Q. What shipping methods do you offer?

  • USPS Priority (2-3 Day Delivery)
  • UPS Ground Shipping

Q. Do you offer rush shipping?

  • Yes, overnight shipping is available for an additional cost. We also offer 2nd day and priority shipping. Contact us for more information.

Q. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

  • Orders for In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Q. How long does shipping take?

  • Standard ground shipping takes 2-7 days.
  • Priority Mail takes 1-3 days

Q. Will you provide tracking information?

  • Yes! Tracking information is uploaded to your order status and a shipped notification is sent to you as soon as the order has been shipped.

Q. If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?

  • Yes, orders are charged when they are shipped.

Q. If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?

  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-7 business days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

Q. Can you ship my order to an address other than my billing address?

  • Yes, but verification may be required prior to processing

Q. Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?

  • No, Unfortunately we no longer ship to AK, HI and US territories.

Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?

  • Yes. Shipments to PO or APOs will be shipped via USPS.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

  • No, Ford and Honda parts cannot and will not be shipped out of the United States. International orders for Ford or Honda parts will be canceled. Sorry - No Exceptions.

Q. Do you ship hazardous items?

  • No.

Q. Do you ship oversized parts?

  • No. We do not ship oversized items, such as bumpers or sheet metal parts.

Q. What happens if you ship the wrong part?

  • We’ll apologize and take care of our mistake. It won’t cost you anything other than some inconvenience.

Q. What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for all damaged or missing shipments.

Q. How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle?

  • You can provide your VIN when you place your order to ensure accuracy. If a part does not match your VIN we will contact you before shipping the order.

Q. What happens if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?

  • If we sent you the wrong part, we will make it right. If you ordered the wrong part, you will need to return it to us. See our returns FAQ for more information.

Q. What happens if I refuse the shipment?

  • Refusing a shipment is not the proper way to return it. Packages returned to us will not be refunded for shipping. Instead, just accept the shipment and then contact us to process a return.

Q. How do I get free shipping?

  • Simply look for the FREE SHIPPING ON THIS PART logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items display this image, that item ships FREE!
Note: Free Shipping is applicable only in the continental United States.
Note: Free Shipping applies only to items that display the Free Shipping logo,
It does not apply to your entire order unless order exceeds the $99 dollar order minimum for Free Shipping.

Notice: Honda OEM parts or accessories cannot be shipped internationally. Orders placed for Honda OEM Accessories with a shipping address outside the United States will be canceled.


Free shipping does not apply to international orders and you may be contacted with a shipping quote after the order has been placed. All orders placed outside of the continental US are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.
Customs fees and duty taxes are not calculated at time of purchase and may be due at delivery.


Notice: Order processing times are typically between 1-3 business days.
Orders placed during a weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day.
