| Q: Has my order shipped? |
| A: If you have not received an e-mail stating that your order has shipped or if it does not say shipped in your account status page then your order has not shipped. |

| Q: My order says "Processing", What does this mean? |
| A: If your order is in processing status that means that your order has been received and has either been ordered and will ship when it arrives, or is in the process of being packaged and shipped, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. |

| Q: What is the cost of shipping on a part? |
| A: All shipping prices are available on our website. Simply add the item to your shopping cart and type in your state and zip code. The cart will then give you the shipping price without putting in any further information. |
